A downloadable game for Windows

HARKENRIDER BACKSTORY

Presenting the very first game I ever developed: HarkenRider, created back in 2007. It was my initial attempt at a local-multiplayer (back when that was still popular) platform shooter. It’s rough, glitchy, and the sound design leaves much to be desired—but that’s how humble beginnings often are. Despite being a bit of a glitch-fest and barely functional at times, it’s still playable. I’ve wanted to share this for a long time, but I was too nervous and embarrassed.

Still, I hope you’ll give it a try and maybe even find some enjoyment in it.

Install instructions

This is a very old game I made years ago--Keep in mind that Windows 11 may require you to download & install a legacy configuration to run this. It should automatically prompt you and walk you through this process if it is required. If this does not happen, here's how to enable Legacy Components: LINK
